Accessing Your Control Panel
To begin, navigate to the QRTRAC Dashboard. Think of your profile as the source of truth for all your dynamic QR campaigns.
The "Three-Click" Path
- 1 Look at the **top-right navigation** bar.
- 2 Click your **avatar or initial** to open the menu.
- 3 Select Settings to enter the portal.

Update your workspace identity. This updates in real-time across the platform.
Gravatar Sync
We support global avatars. Link your account email via Gravatar for an instant professional photo.
Social Links
Sync LinkedIn, X, and GitHub to enrich your business profile metadata automatically.
How to refresh your presence:
- Modify the **Display Name** text field.
- Confirm social handles (no @ required).
- Click **Save Profile** to lock in changes.
Security Hardening
Protect your high-value scan analytics by enforcing strict credential management. We recommend updating your passphrase quarterly.
Updating Passwords
Head to the Security & Access tab. You'll need your legacy password to verify authorization before establishing a new encrypted key.
Multi-Factor Auth (Coming Soon)
We are rolling out biometric and authenticator-app support for Enterprise users in Q2 2025.
Email Restrictions
