What Users Usually Do Wrong

Let’s think like a real user.

❌ “QR scanned but wrong store opened”

Possible reasons:

  • Smart download option disabled
  • Wrong store link pasted
  • App link copied incorrectly

👉 Solution:Always copy link directly from store browser.

❌ “QR scanned but page not loading”

Check:

  • Is the app removed from store?
  • Is the link broken?
  • Is there extra space in URL?

QR can only open valid public store links.

❌ “It opens website instead of app store”

Make sure you pasted the actual store URL, not your website page.

Step 4: Configure Smart Download

You will see a Smart Download option.

When enabled:

  • Android users → Redirect to Google Play
  • iPhone users → Redirect to App Store
  • Windows users → Redirect to Microsoft Store

When disabled:

Users may see a selection page to choose platform.

👉 Recommended: Keep Smart Download enabled for smooth experience.

Step 5: Customize Landing Page (Optional)

You can customize how your download page looks:

  • Add Page Title
  • Add Description
