Team Management & SSO
In large enterprise environments, marketing and design teams need shared access to the same QR code campaigns without sharing passwords. Team Management solves this by allowing scoped access controls.
Adding Team Members
If your plan tier supports multi-user management, you can invite colleagues directly from your dashboard:
- Navigate to the Team tab in the main sidebar.
- Click Invite Member.
- Enter their email address.
- Select their permission role.
The user will receive an invitation email. Once they set their password, they will automatically join your shared workspace.
Permission Roles
| Role | Access Level |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access including billing, API keys, and workspace deletion. |
| Admin | Can add/remove members, create folders, and edit all codes. Cannot touch billing. |
| Editor | Can create, design, and download QR codes. Cannot edit team settings. |
| Viewer | Read-only access. Can view analytics and download existing codes, but cannot create or edit destinations. |
Single Sign-On (SSO) integration
For Enterprise users, we support SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC) integration so your employees can bypass standard login and authenticate securely through your identity provider.
We officially support the following providers via out-of-the-box configurations:
- Okta
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Google Workspace
- OneLogin
